Venn diagram enthusiast Kamala Harris to visit Colorado on Monday

By Matt Connelly

The Denver Post reports this morning that Vice President Kamala Harris will visit Denver this upcoming Monday to discuss climate change:

Vice President Kamala Harris will visit Denver on Monday to highlight the Biden administration’s efforts to stymie climate change.

Harris, a Democrat, will participate in a moderated discussion about federal investments to address climate change and transition to renewable energy, according to a White House official. The details of the discussion were not immediately available Wednesday morning.

In response to the Vice President’s upcoming visit, Colorado GOP Chair Kristi Burton Brown said, “I wonder if Kamala Harris will ask Democrats in Colorado why they refused to add nuclear energy to the state’s list of clean energy options. Sadly, the Biden/Harris administration is high on talk and low on action that solves real problems.”

Harris has become one of the country’s foremost advocates for Venn diagrams and yellow school buses in recent weeks, although no details on the content of her remarks have yet been released:
