Rep. Lauren Boebert and State Senator Barbara Kirkmeyer’s congressional races remain too close to call this morning and Republicans involved are confident that they will come out on top when all the votes are counted.
In Congressional District 8 where Kirkmeyer is running against Yadira Caraveo, we hear that that ballots are still being counted in Weld County and there should be an update on vote totals at noon.
In Adams County, we’re told the counting won’t even begin again until 1 PM this afternoon! We’re trying to get more information on the situation, but obviously that is a total failure in Adams County and outrageous.
In Congressional District 4, where Boebert is running against Adam Frisch, we are hearing that Election Day ballots should still come in strong for Boebert and help secure a win when all the votes are counted.
As we said yesterday, many Republicans voted on Election Day and that should be reflected in the updated vote counts in each of these two races.
