Pam Anderson Torches Jena Griswold for Taxpayer-Funded Reelection Ad

By Matt Connelly

Republican candidate for Secretary of State, Pam Anderson, absolutely torched current Secretary of State Jena Griswold in a campaign video last night.

“I’m joining with Colorado taxpayers around the state demanding she take down this ad and return those taxpayer dollars,” Anderson says in the campaign video.

In a conversation with Campfire Colorado, Anderson campaign manager Tiffany Coolidge highlighted the contrast between the two candidates, “Jena Griswold’s already eroded voter confidence through her partisan activities and now she’s eroding taxpayer confidence by using our dollars for her own political gain. The contrast is clear, Pam has dedicated most of her life to public service supporting voters and taxpayers. Jena has dedicated her public life to self-promotion.”

The taxpayer funded reelection ad also heavily features a lecture to Republicans from struggling Colorado Springs mayoral candidate Wayne Williams. We have repeatedly asked the former Secretary of State for an interview on his use of taxpayer funds to promote his candidacy, but he continues to refuse.
