Former Green Beret Dan Maloit Joins Campfire Colorado for a Memorial Day Murph Workout

We somehow convinced former Green Beret and current Republican candidate for Colorado State Board of Education Dan Maloit to join us for a Murph Workout yesterday to commemorate Memorial Day. 

The Murph Workout honors the memory of Navy SEAL Michael Murphy and all of the heroes who have sacrificed their lives for our freedoms. Lt. Murphy was 29 when he was killed in Afghanistan on June 28th 2005.

The workout includes a 1-mile run, followed by 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 squats, and finally another 1-mile run.

The haters will say that Campfire Colorado didn’t complete the workout with the prescribed 20lb weight vest – and the haters would be correct.
