A new ad from the group behind two viral ads hitting Governor Jared Polis is out with a new ad going after the governor for being a “Colorado Cashback” clown and Campfire Colorado is bringing it to you FIRST.
Governor Jared Polis earlier this year attempted to rebrand TABOR refunds as the “Colorado Cashback” and take credit for giving Coloradans their own money back. Even though he has previously supported gutting TABOR. Polis even went so far as to include a letter from himself in a taxpayer funded election year stunt.
The group – Restore the Rockies – told Campfire Colorado exclusively, “We’ve seen political stunts before, but this one is about as shameless as they come. Polis took our refunds and turned them into a Publisher’s Clearing House commercial.”
