One of the leading Democrats responsible for Colorado’s pro-criminal policies has himself been indicted on a felony charge.

According to the Gazette, “Colorado State Senator Sanford Edmund Lee, known as Pete Lee, has been indicted by a grand jury and charged with providing false information as to his residence, a class five felony according to Colorado Law, Howard Black spokesperson with the 4th Judicial District announced Tuesday afternoon.”

The Colorado Democratic Party has been totally silent on the felony indictment so far and Democrats are saying they had no clue about the situation.

BUT, according to an audio recording obtained by liberal media activist Kyle Clark, according to an audio recording obtained by COLORADO PEAK POLITICS, Sen. Pete Lee admits to telling Colorado Senate President Steve Fenberg about the issue years ago!
