Senator Tom Cotton joined Republican U.S. Senate candidate Joe O’Dea on the campaign trail in Colorado yesterday and Campfire Colorado had the opportunity to sit down with Cotton for an interview at a campaign stop in Arapahoe County.
Cotton didn’t hold back on his prediction for what’s going to happen in Colorado’s Senate race when we asked him prior to kicking-off our full interview:
Cotton and O’Dea spent time earlier in the day on a ride along in Jefferson County with law enforcement officials to see the devastating impacts of crime and fentanyl in Colorado.
In our interview, we discuss their visit to Jefferson County as well as the City of Denver’s new universal basic income for homeless people, woke training at the Air Force Academy, how an op-ed Cotton wrote for the New York Times caused Sen. Michael Bennet’s brother to resign, and how he stays grounded while serving in Washington, DC.
